App 1234 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process as required. You may be asked to submit a copy of your CNIC, a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and a selfie or video verification. Withdrawals above certain thresholds may be held until KYC is completed. This process protects you and App 1234 from fraud and ensures the platform operates with integrity.
Important: App 1234 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where the information provided cannot be verified or where verification documents are found to be forged or tampered with.
App 1234 accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit is Rs 500. Deposits are credited to your App 1234 PKR balance instantly for mobile wallet methods. IBFT bank transfers may take up to a few hours depending on your bank.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not permitted. If a deposit is identified as having come from an account not registered in the player's name, it will be reversed and the associated bet activity may be voided.
The minimum withdrawal from App 1234 is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. App 1234 does not charge withdrawal fees. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of request. IBFT bank transfers process within a few hours.
Before a withdrawal is processed, App 1234 may require you to complete KYC verification if not already done.
